REMS Real Estate Value-Opportunity Fund may invest in the universe of domestic public real estate securities including all REIT index constituents plus any other opportunity where the majority of the public company’s revenues or intrinsic value is derived from real estate.

REMS’ Value, Yield-Advantage investment process is research driven with a primary objective to generate excess returns over a market cycle by purchasing public real estate enterprises at a discount to the private market valuation of the underlying real estate holdings. Current income is the secondary objective, and dividends are paid monthly to Fund shareholders. The strategy is long-biased but may use modest leverage or short positions to enhance or protect returns.

REMS Real Estate Income 50/50 Fund is a yield alternative which blends REIT preferreds and REIT common equities. The Fund’s primary objective is current income and dividends are paid monthly to Fund shareholders. The secondary objective is long-term capital growth through investment in the common shares of publicly traded real estate companies. The strategy targets equal weights in preferred and common equities, but the actual allocation may range between a minimum of 25% or a maximum of 75% in either type to better achieve the strategy’s objectives. Leverage may be used modestly over a market cycle but is not core to the strategy.

REMS International Real Estate Value-Opportunity Fund replicates our established domestic Value, Yield-Advantage investment process to a broad universe of international public real estate securities. The Fund’s strategy is research driven with a primary objective of capital appreciation through the purchase of internationally domiciled public real estate enterprises at a discount to the private market valuation of the underlying real estate holdings. Current income is a secondary objective, and dividends are paid annually to Fund shareholders. Environmental, Social, and Governance criteria must be met for portfolio inclusion. The strategy is long-biased but may use modest leverage or short positions to enhance or protect returns.
